How does it work?

We deploy an online ‘workplace companion’ for your employees. They can engage with this companion and provide ideas, feedback and thoughts whenever they want to. Their feedback is totally confidential, safe and not judged. We’ve taught our companion to ask meaningful questions and probe on areas of interest and relevance in a positive and constructive way. 

We apply advanced text analytics tools to this rich data set to classify feedback into different models to understand themes such as leadership, culture and learning and development to name a few.  

Changes in how people feel about these areas are tracked over time for the whole organisation. We can then determine what drives high and low engagement and guide managers to action feedback, working together across the organisation. For larger organisations, we can even introduce people to others who have similar challenges so they can collaborate.

The model also allows us to measure and understand emotionality in the response to go to a deeper level of insight and understanding about the ‘vibe’ of your workplace.
